I rented a skid loader, a skid steer with a stump-grinder attachment, and most recently an aerial lift to reach a high section of my house safely. The lift was stable, smooth, and gave me the height I needed. The track lifts have a small footprint and maneuver easily in tight spaces — backyards, gates, narrow paths. Best atrium spider lift around the Houston area. They have tracked lifts available in multiple sizes — a 72 foot lift, 90 foot lift, and a 107 foot lift that can be used indoors or outdoors. They can fit in tight places and through the front door of your building. We used them to change out stadium lights and indoor lighting over the stage.
